Q: What should I do when I am finding it difficult to shop online or navigate your website?

A: The Klipa Denim website works best with Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Please make sure you are using the correct and up to date browser to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Q: What should I do when the item I want is out of stock?

A: We take every care to make sure all our best sellers are routinely stocked, however, all our garments and items are available while stocks last. Should you be in desperate need for a specific item, feel free to contact our sales consultants and we can try and source it for you or suggest an alternative.

 

Q: When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

A: Our website is constantly updated with the arrival of new stock. We update our product range as new fashion lines and brands are released. Keep a close eye on  our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook

 

Q: How long does it take for delivery?

A: 3 – 5 days (where stock is available) delivery anywhere in South Africa. International delivery only by prior arrangement. 

 

Q: My items have not arrived yet. What must I do?

A: Please allow at least 5 working days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on (+27) 11 492 2188 or info@klipadenim.co.za

 

Q: Are there alternative ways of ordering?

A: Yes, there are the following:

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit, I change my mind or my item is faulty?

A: To make your Klipa shopping experience enjoyable we offer a variety of options to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. At Klipa we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: 

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item 
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned
  • In original packaging


If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Klipa reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Klipa will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
